About Me.

I’ve been designing and rearranging rooms since I was old enough to move furniture around my childhood bedroom. Over the years—and through countless military moves around the world—I’ve learned how to transform any space into a welcoming, beautiful home. My approach focuses on creating stunning rooms with less: embracing imperfections, making intentional choices, and finding joy in timeless simplicity. I’ve made the mistakes so you don’t have to, and I’m here to help you design a home that feels both effortlessly stylish and authentically you.

Classic Comfort Interiors is the fulfillment of my lifelong love of design. While my clients appreciate my ability to balance timeless elegance with fresh, contemporary touches, what truly sets me apart is my dedication to honest communication and exceptional service. With a background as a college history teacher and a global perspective from years of travel, I bring a thoughtful, layered approach to every project. How is this different than hiring a traditional designer?

When you hire a traditional interior designer you are paying them 10x more to do the shopping, receiving, shipping, inspection, invoicing, delivery and installation for you...basically a high-cost design fee for the "Admin" portion of my job. The true value is in the Design Plan and that's what you get in our Design Packages...expert design direction with all the visuals.

Can I return the items?

Each shopping link takes you to a direct retailer that has their own return policy and most of them are very good. Some of the to-the-trade unique items I may source for you do not have a return policy (unless damaged), but we can discuss ahead of time whether you want access to those types of vendors.

Do you make money off those links?

I am not incentivized to only shop at affiliate sources and do not make money off retail links. (I do have an Amazon affiliate.) Unlike boxed E-Design service stores who only shop where they have affiliate links, I am not limited or incentivized in my shopping sources. Having said that, I do have a "to-the-trade" resource through my wholesale license that allows me to shop very cool vendors and make money off each purchase (like every interior designer does). This is why I have a "credit" clause if you spend over a certain amount at those vendors in order for us to split the discount.
